1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings made via our website, WhatsApp or phone are treated as enquiries until confirmed directly by our team by call or WhatsApp. Room availability and rates are subject to change until confirmed.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every guest at check-in, as required by Indian hotel regulations.

3. Cancellations

Please inform us as early as possible by call or WhatsApp if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellation terms for advance-paid bookings will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. House Rules

• Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms
• Outside visitors must be reported to the reception
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are restricted to designated areas, where permitted
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay

5. Liability

Hotel Trident Inn is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left unattended in rooms or common areas. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
