We may collect information you voluntarily provide through our enquiry form, WhatsApp or phone, including your name, mobile number, email address, preferred dates, room type and any message you share with us. At check-in, as required by Indian hotel regulations, we also collect government ID proof for guest registration. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, through standard web analytics tools.
We do not sell your personal information. Enquiry details you submit through our website form are sent to our own WhatsApp number, our registered email inbox, and logged in a private internal spreadsheet for booking follow-up. We may share information with local authorities where required by law (e.g. guest ID registration).
Our website embeds Google Maps and YouTube, and uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic. These services may set their own cookies and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
We retain enquiry and guest-registration information only as long as necessary for booking, legal and record-keeping purposes, and take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
